The plot follows Julia Santos, who moves to the Madrid neighborhood of Fuente del Berro under the false identity of Gloria Román, accompanied by her children Nico and Mariana, who also live under false identities. The family is trying to escape a dark past, but soon discovers that their new neighbors hide as many secrets as they do. As relationships with the neighbors develop, Gloria is forced to protect her family at all costs.
