Aida y Vuelta

Aída y vuelta is a metalinguistic comedy directed by Paco León, which adapts the television series Aída (aired between 2005 and 2014) into a cinematic format. Rather than a conventional sequel, the film presents “the filming of an episode of the series” from two perspectives: the fictional world, featuring the usual characters (such as Aída, Luisma, Soraya, and Mauricio), and reality, showing the actors who portray these roles and their reflections on fame, the limits of comedy, and the craft of acting.
