The occupant (Hogar)

The story follows Javier Muñoz, a middle-aged executive who loses his job and is forced to move out of his long-time apartment. Obsessed with his former life and the new tenant of his home, Javier begins to spy on and manipulate the family now living there, which leads him into increasingly dangerous situations and ethical boundaries that put everyone at risk. The film explores themes such as obsession, loss of identity, and the consequences of clinging to the past.
