The Raven

A chronicle of the final days of Edgar Allan Poe’s life. The writer assists in the search for a killer whose crimes are inspired by his works. Poe’s death has always been shrouded in mystery: he was found in the streets of Baltimore in a deplorable condition, wearing someone else’s clothes, repeatedly saying the name “Reynols,” a polar explorer who is a character in his novels. Shortly afterward, he died in the hospital without ever being able to explain what had happened to him. His last words were: “God help my poor soul!”
